CODAF believe that for the local struggles against ecological abuse and the marginalization of indigenous people from inclusive governance and decision making to be effective, then, youths must be clearly empowered, and gender gap must also be addressed. Our goal in this regard, is to develop strategies and actions for making youth’s, women's as well as men's concerns and experiences an integral dimension of the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and programmes in all political, economic and societal spheres so that women and men benefit equally and inequality is not perpetuated. CODAF is implementing her gender and youth strategy by mainstreaming their concerns into her thematic areas.
